Shipping Policy
Shipping is free and we have worldwide coverage!
Our ability to keep prices low is dependent upon less expensive shipping options, and since our highly demanded stock is based all over the world - it usually takes 4-20 weeks for your package to arrive, depending on your location. Since we source different products from different locations, multi-product orders may arrive as separate packages. And of course we offer faster shipping for orders, which you can choose.
Our prices are almost always including shipping and tax. Arts Bazar is not responsible for tax and/or duty charges in your country that your order may incur. Customers will be accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering.
If the order arrives at your country and...

The customer refuses to accept the package;

No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package;
Arts Bazar reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Our refund policy covers the following situations:

Customer package has been lost in transit.

Item received is damaged or not-as-described.

Incorrect item is received.
Our refund policy does not cover the following situations:

Customer enters the wrong mailing address.

Customer orders the wrong item.

Customer orders the wrong variation of an item.

Customer misreads product details or specifications.

Customer changes their mind after a order has been processed for shipping.

Customer gets buyer's remorse and or wishes they'd purchased from a different vendor.
In case of exchange, the customer is responsible for covering the costs of shipping and other charges.
If an item is covered by the refund policy we will normally provide a full refund. In some cases we may ask you to return the item, in which case all instructions will be provided to you via email.
